The dietary supplement MagneMe contains up to four forms of magnesium: citrate, malate, acetyltaurate, and bisglycinate. Magnesium compounds enhance intestinal absorption.

- Magnesium citrate: One of the most easily digestible forms of magnesium (with a 90% magnesium content). The daily dose of MagneMe Day (2 capsules) contains 1650 mg of magnesium citrate and 250 mg of magnesium ions.

- Magnesium malate The daily dose of MagneMe Night (2 capsules) contains 310 mg magnesium malate - 35.65 mg magnesium ions.

- Magnesium acetyltaurate The daily dose of MagneMe Night (2 capsules) contains 500 mg magnesium acetyltaurate - 32.5 mg magnesium ions.

- Magnesium diglycinate One daily dose of MagneMe Night (2 capsules) contains 556 mg magnesium bisglycinate - 77.84 mg magnesium ions.

- Vitamin B6 (in the form of P5P, the active form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate):

The daily dose of MagneMe Night (2 capsules) contains 5 mg of vitamin B6 in the form of P-5-P (357% of the reference intake).

USE:

MagneMe Day - 2 capsules in the morning.

MagneMe Night – 2 capsules in the evening.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
