A set of five unique adaptogens: Maca, Ashwagandha, Rhodiola rosea, Chinese lemon and Shatavari.

APPLICATION : 1 capsule daily.

The recommended daily dose (1 capsule) contains:
• 50 mg Maca extract, of which 0.5 mg glucosinolates,
• 50 mg Ashwagandha root extract, including 3.5 mg vitaminolides,
• 40 mg Rhodiola rosea root extract, including 1.2 mg rosavins,
• 40 mg Chinese citrus fruit extract, including 3.6 mg schizandrins,
• 40 mg Shatavari root extract, of which 8 mg saponins.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
