L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid and should be obtained from food or supplements.

COMPOSITION:

L-tryptophan (PepForm) peptides, L-tryptophan (from L-tryptophan), calcium phosphate, cellulose, fatty acid (vegetable source), magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source), food coating.

APPLICATION :

2 tablets on an empty stomach 30 minutes before bedtime with water or fruit juice.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

DO NOT drive or operate machinery immediately after using this product. Do NOT take this product if you are taking any medication (especially antidepressants).
