LittleMe contains vitamins recommended by the Polish Gynecological Society (folic acid, iron, iodine, magnesium) and ingredients such as coenzyme Q10, inositol and choline, which are extremely valuable for the female body.

LittleMe's dietary supplement contains no unnecessary fillers, preservatives, or colorings. Its clean, impure composition is confirmed by product testing conducted by an independent, accredited laboratory at JS Hamilton Poland.

Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA), as well as vitamin D3, are also necessary during pregnancy. Maintain a proper diet rich in fish and shellfish and supplement with them.

DER 10:1, inositol, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), calcium L-methylfolate (folic acid), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, potassium, iodide (iodine).

USE:

LITTLEME DAY: 3 capsules daily - 2 capsules in the morning and 1 in the afternoon, one hour after a meal (in case of nausea it can be taken with or immediately after a meal).

LITTLEME NIGHT: 2 capsules daily - in the evening after a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Dietary supplement for pregnant women. Use after consulting your doctor. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.

If you are taking thyroid hormones, the LittleMe dietary supplement should be used at least two, preferably three, hours apart.

STORAGE:

Store in a tightly closed container at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry place, out of reach of small children. Protect from moisture and light.
