INGREDIENTS:

Vitamin A (as palmitate, beta-carotene); Vitamin C (as sodium ascorbate); Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) (D3); Vitamin E (as a natural blend of tocotrienols, tocofersolan); Vitamin K (as K2 (MK7), K1 (phytonadione)); Thiamin (vitamin B1) (thiamine hydrochloride); Niacin (as niacin, niacinamide); Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride); Folate (as calcium folinate); Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin); Biotin; Pantothenic acid (as calcium d-pantothenate); Sodium (as sodium ascorbate); Trimethylglycine (from betaine); Proprietary blend: Phospholipids (from purified sunflower lecithin), Milk thistle seed liquid extract, Tocotrienols (from annatto), Lycopene, Zeaxanthin, Lutein; Water, glycerin, ethanol, EDTA (as a preservative), sodium hydroxide, natural citrus oil and natural flavor.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Take 1 ml daily. Hold in the mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Can be dissolved in water. Best consumed on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before a meal. Use within 60 days of opening.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
