APPLICATION:

Take 1/2 tablet daily with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and discuss the results with your doctor or pharmacist. This product is intended for healthy adults up to the age of 75. Do not use if the outer seal is damaged or missing. Do not use in individuals with a predisposition to kidney stone formation or who suffer from kidney stones.
