INGREDIENTS:

Magnesium (magnesium salts of citric acid), capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), filler (microcrystalline cellulose/cellulose gel), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide [nano])

APPLICATION:

Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with or without food. Three capsules can be taken at once or in divided portions.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Magnesium may have a laxative effect. If symptoms occur, the dose should be divided, the intake reduced, or the intake discontinued.
