DESCRIPTION

Linseed oil is an excellent source of Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9,
which maintains the optimal ratios between these acids.
ALA acid, which is part of Omega-3, lowers insulin levels, improves insulin sensitivity, has a protective effect on the cardiovascular system, lowers LDL cholesterol and serum triglycerides, and also has anti-inflammatory properties.
Linoleic acid lowers serum triglycerides and lowers blood pressure. It is necessary for proper body growth and also plays an important role in skin pigmentation and the healing of damaged epidermis.
Oleic acid reduces the risk of cholesterol oxidation in the LDL fraction, lowering the concentration of this fraction in serum while simultaneously increasing the concentration of the HDL fraction. Oleic acid also lowers high blood pressure.
