DESCRIPTION
Organic light spelt porridge is made from hulled spelt grains. Recommended as an ingredient in puddings, legumes, for thickening soups and sauces, and for preparing porridge with milk and fruit.
PREPARATION
PREPARATION of porridge with milk: Boil 1/2 liter of milk, pour 3 tablespoons of porridge into the boiling milk. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
