Storage Storage Method: Store in a dry and cool place
Instructions for making Krakowski gingerbread: 400g flour, 120g margarine, 250g sugar, 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons of jam, 3 teaspoons of Gellwe cocoa, 1 packet of gingerbread spices, 1 glass of milk, 1 teaspoon of Gellwe baking soda, nuts, and dried fruit. Method of preparation: Melt the margarine and let it cool. Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer. Add the milk, cocoa, flour mixed with baking soda, and 1 packet of Gellwe gingerbread spice. Stir in the jam while stirring. Then add the butter and mix until smooth. Add the floured raisins to the prepared dough and mix. Pour the finished dough into the prepared pan. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 60 minutes. Gingerbread can be covered with chocolate glaze or plum jam.
