Preparation instructions Prepare: 2 eggs, 250 ml oil (1 cup) 100 ml milk (10 tablespoons) 1. Prepare the batter, pour the contents of the package into a bowl, add eggs, oil and milk. Mix everything on high speed for about 3 minutes until you get a smooth, even consistency. 2. Prepare the mold Pour the prepared batter into a 25-30 cm long, greased and floured mold. Place in a slightly preheated oven and bake at 180°C for about 45-50 minutes (without fan). Do not open the oven during baking. 3. And the baked gingerbread is ready. It can be covered with jam or marmalade, decorated with Gellwe icing or sprinkled with Gellwe icing sugar. Inspiration: Use Gellwe icing for decoration. Preparation time only 5 minutes.
