Food coloring yellow Dr. Oetker 10g

Oetker food coloring products are easily and thoroughly distributed throughout the colored mixture, and thanks to their thermal stability, they can also be used successfully in baked cakes such as sponge cakes, cupcakes, or shortcrust pastry. Importantly, colorings do not affect the flavor or consistency of the colored mixture!
Different masses to which we add dyes require different dosages of dye depending on the consistency, quantity, and initial color. Depending on the amount of dye added, different shades of the same color can be obtained.
