Storage method: keep dry and cool
Preparation instructions: Rinse the groats in plenty of water. Then pour them into boiling salted water and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain when the buckwheat is tender. The groats to water ratio should be 1:4.
