Doctor's Best L-Glutamine Powder contains glutamine, the amino acid that is the building block of protein. Glutamine is most commonly used to support skeletal muscle growth and athletic endurance. The product has a natural flavor with no added sweeteners.

The product may be available with a white or orange cap.

INGREDIENTS

L-Glutamine .

APPLICATION :

Add 1 scoop to 240 ml of juice or protein shake and mix well. Take one hour before your workout. Repeat after your workout or before bedtime.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Avoid taking if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have liver problems.
If you are sensitive to monosodium glutamate, you may be sensitive to glutamine, as the body converts glutamine to glutamate. Supplementation with B vitamins is recommended if you take L-glutamine for an extended period of time.
