The preparation contains 1000 mg of free-form L-arginine. L-arginine belongs to a group of nutrients called amino acids. The human body uses amino acids to build all the necessary proteins through metabolism. Amino acids are divided into exogenous (essential), which must be obtained from food, and endogenous (nonessential), which can be obtained from food, but the body can also produce them from other food components.
