A clear sauerkraut broth with cabbage, ribs and bacon dipped in, with visible pieces of vegetables and spices. Semi-liquid consistency with pieces of sauerkraut, ribs, pork belly, and vegetables. Soft meat texture. Yellowish color of the broth. The meat is brownish-gray, the cabbage is yellowish. Taste: slightly to strongly sour, brackish. Aroma of sauerkraut and pork with a distinct aroma of spices and smoked meat.
