The oil was made from the highest quality, unrefined, organically grown pumpkin seeds using traditional pressing methods. Pumpkin seed oil is an excellent source of essential fatty acids (EFAs). It has an excellent flavor, a wonderful dark green color, and a lovely nutty aroma.
