Storage brUsage Ready to use after cooking according to the recipe on the packaging
Preparation instructions Prepare a 25 cm x 36 cm baking pan: For the dough: - 4 eggs - 125 g butter or margarine (1/2 cube) - 250 ml water (approx. 1 cup). For the cream: - 500 ml milk - 100 g softened butter or margarine. 1. Prepare the dough by boiling water with fat, pouring in the dough mix and stirring vigorously until the dough has a smooth consistency. Then let it cool, add the eggs and mix on high for 5 minutes. Divide the resulting mixture into two portions. Spread each portion with a spoon in a thin layer on a greased and floured or lined 25 x 36 cm baking pan. Place the cake in an oven preheated to 210°C (without fan) and bake for about 25 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 150°C and bake for about 15 minutes. Bake the other half of the cake in the same way. 2. Prepare the cream with 500 ml of milk, pour in a glass, and mix the contents of the package. Bring the remaining milk to a boil. Add the dissolved powder to the boiling milk and stir vigorously to avoid lumps. Cook for a while until thickened. Let it cool, stirring occasionally. Gradually add the cold cream to the grated, softened butter or margarine, stirring continuously until a smooth mixture forms. 3. And it's ready! When the cake has cooled, spread the previously prepared cream on one part of the cake and cover it with the other part. Finished Karpatka can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Idea for: Puff pastry. Prepare the dough according to the recipe above with 140 ml water (about 2/3 cup), 100 g butter or margarine, and 4 eggs. Place the dough in evenly spaced portions onto a greased and floured pan. Cut the baked and cooled cookies into pieces and fill them with the whipped cream prepared according to the recipe on the package. For a better taste and a more appealing appearance, the profiteroles can be decorated with icing. Have a nice day :)
