The name of the blend is derived from the name of a region in France—Provence, known for its abundance of aromatic herbs. Their exceptionally successful combination has resulted in a composition with a unique aroma and numerous culinary and health benefits. Herbs of Provence contain large amounts of active ingredients: essential oils, tannins, and bitter substances.
