DESCRIPTION
Organic Krakow buckwheat is made from hulled and chopped unroasted buckwheat grains. It has a mild and delicate flavor. It is most commonly used as an addition to soups, stews, pies, cutlets, spreads, and also as an ingredient in dinners combined with vegetables or stews.

PREPARATION
Cook the groats in salted water in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of groats for two portions of water) over low heat for about 20 minutes.
