DESCRIPTION :

Although coriander belongs to the "spicy" essential oil family, it is much milder than cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon, making it perfect for people with sensitive skin. The extraction of this oil uses coriander seeds, which are harvested when the flowers die. This oil can be used in a variety of ways, including relieving digestive discomfort, improving circulation, and helping your body recover from a viral infection. The warming and calming scent is also beneficial for those struggling with mental fatigue. Try diffusing with citrus oil to help ease nervous tension.

INGREDIENTS

100% Coriandrum sativum oil (coriander) - ethically harvested coriander.

Naturally occurring allergens: geraniol, limonene and linalool.

APPLICATION :

In the vaporizer: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to the vaporizer or burner

Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water and inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation is only for children over 10 years old.)

For massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond oil or jojoba oil.

Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil per 20 ml of carrier oil. Stir in water.
