Preparation instructions The contents of the package are sufficient to make jam or preserves from 1 kg of fruit + 350 g of sugar. Wash the fruit and fruit thoroughly, deseed and chop as desired. Mix 1 kg of the prepared fruit with the contents of one package of Konfiturex. Bring the fruit to a boil while stirring. Add 350 g of sugar to the boiling fruit and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and stir for about 1 minute until the foam disappears or remove the foam. For larger pieces of fruit, simmer for 3 minutes. Pour the hot jam or preserves into sterilized jars and close tightly. Turn upside down for about 5 minutes. Important: Follow the instructions in the given order! Good to know: To preserve the beautiful color and distinctive flavor of jams (especially sweet fruit), add a pinch of Gellwe citric acid.
