Knorr long grain rice 5 kg

Knorr long-grain rice is a unique, thermally prepared (parboiled) rice of Italian origin. The paraboiling process used in its production preserves some nutrients: it transfers valuable substances, such as those from group B, contained beneath the hull to the core of the grain. This preserves them even after the grain has been hulled and polished. Even after repeated heating, the grains do not stick together. The rice is powderier than regular long-grain rice. Recommended as an addition to soups, main courses, salads, and desserts.

Further storage instructions Store in a dry, cool and dark place.
Preparation instructions: Add 150g of rice to 1.2l of lightly salted, boiling water. Cover and cook over low heat for 18–20 minutes, then drain.
