Preparation Instructions I. Boil a pot of water. Cook the dumplings for about 2 minutes. II. Dumplings can also be prepared in a pan using the following frying and braising technique: 1. Heat a small Teflon pan 2. Add 1 teaspoon of oil and spread it evenly over the pan 3. Arrange the dumplings flat-side down on the pan 4. Fry for about 2 minutes, until the dumplings are browned 5. Pour in about 1/2 cup of water 6. Cover and simmer for about 4 minutes (until the water has evaporated), then transfer to a plate
