Garlic contains, among other things, vitamins, minerals, polysaccharides, and, most importantly, one of garlic's most important biologically active substances, allicin. Garlic oil is the source of all the compounds found in fresh garlic. Garlic contributes to an increase in serum HDL cholesterol and a decrease in total cholesterol. Garlic fights microbes in the body.

APPLICATION
Take one capsule daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily servings. This product cannot be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
