Knee noodles are made from organic durum wheat flour and whole wheat flour. Whole wheat flour is very valuable because it is made from whole grains. It contains fiber, which promotes satiety, and minerals such as zinc, potassium, calcium, and iron are essential for nutrition. Durum wheat has a higher nutritional value than regular wheat. It contains phosphorus, selenium, iron, and B vitamins. It is characterized by low elasticity, making it easy to make pasta.

APPLICATION
100g pasta, 1l water, 10g salt. Add salt to boiling water, add pasta, stir occasionally, cook for the recommended time, drain pasta, reserving some of the water.
