The interior of the pan is coated with QUANTANIUM, a non-stick, scratch-resistant, three-layer, titanium-reinforced coating from the American company WHITFORD. The pan features a thick, four-layer base, which, together with the exceptionally thick walls, ensures rapid heat accumulation and even distribution, guaranteeing high energy efficiency. Thanks to its high magnetic conductivity, the pan works perfectly with induction cooktops. The stainless steel handle does not overheat and sits securely in the hand, making using the pan extremely easy, comfortable, and safe. Furthermore, the pan is oven-safe up to 240°C.
