DESCRIPTION:

Spermidine is an organic chemical compound from the group of polyamines that occurs naturally in living organisms, whether in plants, animals, or humans. It is a key element for many cellular processes such as cell growth, differentiation, and survival. Spermidine is formed through the conversion of putrescine, another polyamine, and can then be converted into spermine.

Spermidine is particularly important due to its role in autophagy, a natural cellular mechanism that helps remove damaged intracellular elements and promotes cellular regeneration.
