Organic pearl barley groats are made from hulled and polished barley grains. They're a great addition to meat and vegetarian dishes. We also recommend them for soups, casseroles, stuffing cabbage rolls, and stews.

INGREDIENTS
Barley groats pearl barley* 100% (*certified organic ingredient).

PREPARATION :
Cook the previously rinsed pearl barley in salted water in a ratio of 1:3 (1 portion of pearl barley to 3 portions of water) over low heat for about 20 minutes.
