Preparation instructions: Pour cold milk into boiling salted water and remove the pan from the heat. Then add the potato flakes to the bowl and stir until smooth. Season the mashed potatoes to taste, e.g., with butter, margarine, or nutmeg. Stir thoroughly again after 3 minutes. 1 kg flakes for 4.5 l of water + 2 l of milk + 35 g salt + 75 g butter = 37 servings of 200 g each. A 4 kg pack allows you to prepare 150 servings of ready-made mashed potatoes at 200 g each. Contents: 4 kg for 26 l of liquid.
