Kamis ground white pepper 15g

Obtained from the same plant as black pepper. However, white pepper is obtained from fully ripe fruits. The harvested berries undergo a fermentation process, and then the outer layer of the pericarp is removed. The remaining fruit parts are dried until they reach the desired gray-cream color.
The flavor of white pepper is more delicate and less pungent than black pepper. Ground white pepper is used to season white meats, white sauces, pâtés, fish, and cheese. It also enhances the flavor of salads, soups, vegetable dishes, offal, and eggs, as well as vegetable juices and confectionery. Ground white pepper is added to the dish at the end of cooking.
