Unrefined cold-pressed poppy seed oil
The oil is obtained by cold pressing the highest quality blue poppy seeds. The oil has a light yellow color, a delicate nutty flavor, and a delicate aroma characteristic of poppy seeds. It's important to remember that to maintain good health, one should follow the rule regarding the proportion of fatty acids consumed in the diet. The optimal ratio (omega-3 to omega-6) should be 1:2.

This oil is a valuable source of EFAs. It contains up to 72–97% unsaturated acid, including 12–22% oleic acid and 60–75% linoleic acid.

Internally: 1 tablespoon per day orally or more in cold food
Externally: for skin care, as a soothing, moisturizing, protective agent for hair oil baths (regenerating, nourishing)
