It helps with atherosclerosis, gallstone disease, gastritis, and stomach ulcers, and also prevents the formation of free radicals. RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Once opened, olive oil is safe for consumption for 8-10 months. Store it in a dry, sun-free place, but avoid refrigerating it, as it is sensitive to sudden temperature changes. The oil will become cloudy in the refrigerator, but this is a natural and reversible process.
