Milk thistle is a herb that was used in ancient Greece and Rome and remains popular today. Milk thistle, or Sylibum marianum, belongs to the Asteraceae family. It is native to the Mediterranean, southern Europe, North Africa, and parts of Asia such as India and Pakistan. It is an annual plant that blooms from July to August. Wild specimens can be found in Poland. The flowers are purple, and the plant can grow up to 2 meters tall.
Milk thistle oil is obtained by cold-pressing the seeds of the milk thistle (Silybum marianum L.). A low pressing temperature (not exceeding 40 °C) allows for the preservation of the oil's most important active ingredients.
Milk thistle oil is characterized by its high content of unsaturated fats. It also contains natural plant sterols. Linoleic acid (LA), sterols, and plant stanols contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
