100% Arabica from our plantation in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil, located 900 meters above sea level. The traditional drying process of the beans is still carried out here on ceramic plates called "terrazos" to concentrate the sweetness more intensely and bring out the unique flavor. The coffee is then prepared by specialists at Cafe do Brasil, from where the green beans are transported directly to our roasting facility, Cafes Guilis.
