Barley is an annual plant with various growth stages. In its first stage, barley resembles dense, fresh, light-green grass. Then, the stems of young barley leaves contain the most nutrients and produce a juice or powder suitable for dietary supplements. Not recommended for infants and young children.

Directions: Stir 1-2 teaspoons of young barley powder into 200 ml of water or fruit juice. Drink it best 20 minutes before meals. You can also add it to yogurt or muesli. It is recommended to drink 2 glasses daily.
