St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum) has a long history of traditional use by herbalists dating back more than 2,000 years.

DESCRIPTION:

St. John's wort is a plant whose stem tips are a pharmaceutical raw material. It is used as a decongestant and helps in the treatment of various gastrointestinal disorders and liver inflammation.

INGREDIENTS:

St. John's wort extract (Hypericum perforatum), capsule component: glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose); anti-caking agents (vegetable fatty acids, silicon dioxide)

SUBSCRIPTION:

1 capsule daily with a glass of water, preferably with a meal.
The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

The product is not intended for children, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.

Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients of the preparation.
Large amounts of St. John's wort may cause photosensitizing reactions (reddening of the skin) when exposed to strong sunlight or in a tanning bed. St. John's wort is known to interact with antidepressants, oral contraceptives, immunosuppressants, anticoagulants, antiepileptics, chemotherapy drugs, and other prescription and over-the-counter medications. Do not use this product while taking medication or if you are ill without consulting your doctor.
