Zabłocka Iodine-Bromine Salt Mist is a medicinal water with a high concentration of iodine and other micro- and macroelements. It is used for inhalation, nebulization, and mouth and throat rinsing. It improves blood circulation, accelerates metabolism and fat burning processes, strengthens the body's immune system, and can prevent and support the body in fighting respiratory diseases, including chronic diseases of the throat, larynx, bronchi, lungs, and mouth. It is also used for angina pectoris, colds, sinusitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, mycoses, asthma, and allergic diseases of the nose and sinuses.
One liter of brine contains over 110 mg iodine, 130 mg bromine, 800 mg calcium, and 400 mg magnesium. This brine is biologically pure because it has had no contact with the outside world for millions of years. The brine deposit is located in Dębowiec at a depth of over 500 m below the Earth's surface.
Thermal bathing water, rich in microelements and bioelements, was created by concentrating the brine extracted in Dębowiec, which was classified as medicinal and thermal water by the Council of Ministers' Decree of February 14, 2006.

In addition, the composition includes boron, potassium, iron, selenium, bicarbonates, silicates and many other microelements.

APPLICATION
Dosage: Bathing in a bath at 37°C with the addition of 200 - 250 ml of brine or local soaking of the feet or hands.
Effect: Salt water bathing promotes blood circulation in the skin, reduces swelling, and dilates pores. The salt water also intensifies the ion exchange between the body and the bathwater. It facilitates the removal of toxins and metabolic waste products from the body and the absorption of essential micronutrients.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hyperthyroidism, hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the preparation, acute inflammation of the skin.
