Calcium is an extremely important element for our health, as it is the basic building block of bones, teeth, and nails. It also plays a role in the transmission of impulses in the nervous system and is essential for muscle contraction. Unfortunately, calcium is very poorly absorbed when there is a magnesium deficiency, so a supplement that combines these two elements in the optimal ratio, i.e., 2:1, would be a good choice.

Ingredients:

Calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, anti-caking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, cross-linked carboxymethylcellulose sodium), glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, vegetable fatty acids, cellulose powder), anti-caking agent (hydroxypropylcellulose), magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium citrate), calcium L-ascorbate, calcium salts of citric acid (calcium citrate), magnesium L-ascorbate.

Calcium (in the form of calcium carbonate, calcium citrate and calcium L-ascorbate) - 500 mg (62.5% wt.).
Magnesium (in the form of magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate and magnesium L-ascorbate) - 250 mg (66.6% RWS)

Recommended intake:

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal and a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Contraindications:

This product is not suitable for children. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using this product. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Storage:
