Highly alkaline, chlorine-free dishwashing detergent, suitable for use in any dishwasher equipped with a stainless steel detergent dispenser. A highly effective detergent that effortlessly removes grease, protein, and starch. Ideal for cleaning glass, ceramic, and stainless steel (not suitable for aluminum, anodized aluminum, or light metal alloys). The appropriate combination of surfactants and sequestering agents achieves the necessary reduction in water surface tension required for effective washing. The excellent binding properties of the calcium contained in the water help remove and prevent deposits from the dishes. The best results are achieved when used in combination with JAX PROFESSIONAL RINSE GENTLE.
