Hunting sausage Duda 150g

Dried pork sausage, medium-finely minced, smoked, baked, and dried. Stuffed in pork casings to a length of approximately 11-12 cm. The surface of the product is clean and dry; the casing should fit snugly around the filling and be evenly wrinkled. A few small splashes of filling are permitted on individual bars. Salt deposits on the surface of the product are acceptable.
