Recommended daily dose:

Pour 3 scoops (5 g) into 200 ml of water or juice, let stand for 20 minutes, then stir and drink. Take twice daily, morning and evening. While taking the product, you should drink at least 2 liters of water per day. The package contains 40 recommended servings of the product.
