ARABICA INSTANT COFFEE WITH REISHI MUSHROOM AND ASHWAGANDHA ORGANIC 100 g - ANI

Arabica coffee has a delicate, slightly acidic, subtle flavor and a distinctive, intoxicating aroma. Although this delicious beverage, originating from the exotic East, is not often associated with a healthy lifestyle, it is scientifically proven to have many health-promoting properties when consumed in moderation. Coffee is famous for its energizing, brain-boosting effects, which are attributed to the caffeine it contains; however, few realize that this unassuming characteristic can help reduce stress, burn fat, and also contains powerful antioxidants that protect the body from premature aging.
Reishi mushroom, also known as reishi, is believed to be a magical plant in the Far East due to its numerous health-promoting and strengthening properties. The root of the medicinal leaf, or ashwagandha, calms the nerves, influences sleep quality, and supports the body during physical and mental exertion.
Dietary supplement. The package contains 33 recommended servings of the product.

INGREDIENTS
Instant coffee Arabica* (86%), mushroom extract* (Ganoderma Lucidum) (7%), sleepover root extract* (Withania somnifera) (7%) (*certified organic ingredient).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Mix 3 g of coffee (one teaspoon) with 150 ml of hot water (max. 80 °C). Drink twice daily.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

The product should not be taken if you are taking sedatives, hypnotics, or antioxidants, or anti-epileptic drugs. Do not use on children or pregnant or breastfeeding women.
