Inositol is a cyclic polyhydroxy alcohol with six carbon atoms. Myo-inositol, a form commonly found in plants and animals, is very important for the human body. High concentrations of inositol have been shown to be found in the liver, brain, and kidneys.

INGREDIENTS

Inositol, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source), silicon dioxide; bulking agent: cellulose; capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

One capsule daily.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
