Preparation instructions 1. Thoroughly mix the contents of the sachet with 200 ml of 12% cream and 50 ml of cold water. Bring to a boil and remove from the heat. 2. Place 400 g of completely thawed, drained, and unsalted fish fillets in a heatproof dish and pour the hot mixture over the prepared fish for 25 minutes.
