A velvety sesame paste made from ground seeds of the finest sesame varieties. Semi-liquid, light cream color. It is added to dishes and desserts, not only in Arabic cuisine. Great care is required to ensure that tahini is wonderfully creamy and has a captivating halva flavor. Sesame seeds are sifted, washed, and roasted for 2-3 hours at 150°C. This is very important, as this process intensifies the flavors. The sesame seeds are then crushed, without the use of preservatives or artificial additives.
