Preparation Instructions: Rinse and drain 250g of sushi rice. Then pour cold water over the rice and let it stand for 20 minutes. After this time, drain the water and let the rice drain well. Place the rice in a saucepan, add 400ml of water, and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes until all the water is absorbed. Remove the pan from the heat. Add three tablespoons of house Asian sauce to the rice and mix gently. Prepare your favorite sushi.
