Honeydew honey is produced by bees from the honeydew collected from coniferous trees. Depending on the tree species, it can take on different colors—brown, gray-green, or black. It does not crystallize quickly, has a slightly spicy aroma, and is not very sweet. After crystallization, lumps may appear in honeydew honey. This natural product has disinfectant, expectorant, and anti-inflammatory properties . It is recommended for respiratory diseases and those with reduced immunity . Conifer honey contains more active ingredients than other nectar honeys—for example, it contains a lot of iron.

STORAGE: Store in a shady and dry place. It is important that the natural honey is stored in a place where the temperature does not exceed 20 degrees C. It should not be stored too cool; the optimal storage temperature is 8-20 degrees C.
