DESCRIPTION
Black lilac ( Sambucus nigra L) is a plant native to Poland and currently belongs to the muskrat family. Due to its low soil requirements, elderberry, also known as apothecary's lilac, wild lilac, elderberry , or common lilac, has spread throughout the world. Widely cultivated as a plant raw material, without wild boar, it is rich in pectin, tannins, fruit acids, as well as vitamin C, which supports immunity and affects the proper functioning of the skin, and vitamin A. In addition, these inconspicuous flowers are a valuable source of iron, potassium, and calcium, and a veritable treasury of antioxidants that fight harmful free radicals. Elderberry can prevent the development of colds, improve blood circulation, and control body weight.

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
1 teaspoon (5 ml) of syrup twice daily, morning and evening.
