DESCRIPTION:

Holland & Barrett's Omega-3 Fish Oil Concentrate 1000 mg Capsules contain contaminant-free, pure fish oil that provides sufficient amounts of essential fatty acids. Essential fatty acids must be obtained from the diet as the human body cannot produce them. EPA and DHA are essential omega-3 fatty acids commonly found in fish oils. DHA supports the maintenance of good vision and proper brain function, and a beneficial effect can be achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA. Taking 250 mg DHA in combination with 250 mg EPA also contributes to normal heart function.

INGREDIENTS:

Fish oil, capsule shell: gelatin; binding agent: glycerin; water, antioxidant: tocopherol mixture.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Take 1 to 2 capsules daily, preferably with meals.
